Addis Ababa (Ethiopia Today) February 1, 2023 :- Ethio Telecom launched three game-changing services to tackle customer issues which are aimed at meeting the growing demand for data storage, music streaming and cloud solutions, include Teledrive, Elf plus and Cloud Solution.
Teledrive, which is similar to Google Drive, provides customers with a secure cloud database for storing large files such as photos, videos and other data on their mobile phones. With this service, customers can access their data anytime, anywhere, and recover it even if their mobile phone is lost or damaged.
Elf plus is a music streaming service that allows users to access music directly from their mobile devices. The service comes with an online radio program broadcast in five different languages, providing users with a diverse range of music options. Additionally, users can listen to music without using mobile data by purchasing music through the app.
Cloud Solution is a service that provides users with infrastructure and software storage. The service includes Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), which allows users to save personal information and provide services to customers, Software as a Service (SaaS) that provides customers with software at a reasonable price, and ERP solutions, file management systems, Telebirr-based digital payments and other related services.
Ethio Telecom has signed partnerships with Zergaw Internet Service Provider, Kulu Network PLC, and Shedli Trading PLC to jointly provide these services to customers in need. These partnerships will help ensure that customers receive the best possible services at an affordable price.
